Hyundai plans to offer 2 engine choices for the Avante i.e. a 2.0 litre VVT and a 1.6 litre CRDi version. Expect the sedan to arrive in late september,2009.</p>

<p>Audi will add another model to the blooming luxury soft-roader market with the Q5, a smaller sibling of the Audi Q7. The compact Q5 casts the same size shadow as an Audi A4 sedan, so it&#8217;s easier to park in the city. The Q5 will have a choice of four engines- two petrol and two diesel.</p>

At launch, the Fortuner will get a 3-litre common-rail diesel with 163PS of power and peak torque of 343Nm. Pricing will start at Rs 20 lakh which wilkl make it a direct rival for the Chevrolet Captiva which is the only diesel SUV in that segment.</p>
