Hyundai plans to offer 2 engine choices for the Avante i.e. a 2.0 litre VVT and a 1.6 litre CRDi version. Expect the sedan to arrive in late september,2009.

Expected improvements:

-Ride comfort improvement

-Improved suspension to tackle road imperfections

Audi will add another model to the blooming luxury soft-roader market with the Q5, a smaller sibling of the Audi Q7. The compact Q5 casts the same size shadow as an Audi A4 sedan, so it’s easier to park in the city. The Q5 will have a choice of four engines- two petrol and two diesel.

Pricing will start at Rs 20 lakh which wilkl make it a direct rival for the Chevrolet Captiva which is the only diesel SUV in that segment.
